XM2 has covered the biggest stunt in cinema history for Tom Cruise in “Mission: Impossible – Dead Reckoning Part One.”
On the Oscar nominated Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker, XM2 captured many new aerial paintbrushes for the VFX team to achieve this vision, with multiple drone teams operating simultaneously across different units.
XM2 was tasked with flying an ARRI 235 film camera to capture the beauty of these locations as well as the action of the intense car chases and stunt sequences.
The XM2 team followed John Wick on his global endeavor filming action-packed sequences in Berlin, Jordan, and New York. Keanu Reeves returns to the action as the infamous Baba Yaga on a quest around the globe to defeat The High Table in John Wick: Chapter 4.
The new rover, which is scheduled to take off between July and August 2020 and land on Feb. 18, 2021, will feature groundbreaking Terrain-Relative Navigation (TRN) that allows the landing craft to make real-time adjustments as it descends to the Martian surface.
